This is a Networking Event with The Chicago RegionEnvironmental and Transportation Efficiency (CREATE) Program , a partnership between the U.S. Department of Transportation, State of Illinois, Cook County,City of Chicago, Metra, Amtrak and the nation's freight railroads, hosted by Rev.Larry S. Bullock. CREATE was awarded an Infrastructure for Rebuilding America(INFRA) grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation for the 75th StreetCorridor Improvement Project (75th St. CIP), in June 2018. The event will include Continental Breakfast, Networking, and Information Regarding Bid Opportunities with CREATE and its partners. CREATE oversees a 70-project, $4.6 billion plan to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of freight, commuter and intercity passenger rail, and to reduce highway delays in the Chicago region.
